Refund policy
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If cancelled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We strive to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, as a result, we may not be able to cancel the order when it leaves the facility. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. That's why all our products come with a 30-day risk-free return guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that while we cover the cost of receiving and restocking the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Our aim is to ensure a hassle-free and transparent return process. If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to as soon as you can within 24 hours of placing your order. Please be aware, we can only change the address up until your order leaves our facility, at that point, we are not able to re-route the order.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will resend the item free of charge. Please contact us at info@luminestus.com with a picture of your item and order number. We will submit it to our carrier within seven business days. Please email us with details regarding the defect and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you. Defective or damaged Items can only be replaced within 30 days from your original order date. After this 30 day period, we are not responsible for replacing any damaged or otherwise defective items.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.
