Average delivery times

We aim for the best value for money for our products. Therefore, we choose to ship the products directly from the supplier.

This allows us to save on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs. It also allows us to offer the products at a fair price.

Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 7 - 10 working days.

Cancellation of orders

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Once 12 hours have passed, our processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible. However, once you have received your product, you are entitled to a full refund if you wish to return it within 14 days of receiving it.
